SHIPPING POLICY
At Shop Oriental Rugs, our priority is fast and effective service, offering free shipping across the mainland United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We process and ship your item on the next business day, Monday through Friday, ensuring that your rug begins its journey to your doorstep promptly. However, please remember that our free shipping policy does not apply to HI, AK, and PR; for these locations, you will receive an email with an invoice for the shipping charges.
For shipping, we use UPS and FedEx, trusted carriers that ensure your rug is delivered safely and quickly. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the delivery progress and get an estimated arrival time. The delivery window usually ranges from 1 to 5 business days, based on your location within the U.S.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shop Oriental Rugs, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. That's why we offer free returns if, for any reason, you're not happy with your rug. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be sent back in the same condition in which it was delivered, without any damage or alterations. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your rug under these conditions, allowing you to shop with confidence and peace of mind.
